MPAA is a joke and MPAA Chairman, Chris Dodd is corrupt. The Internet now is a freenet. That gives the Internet a vitality and attractiveness that is threatening to the MPAA and all the mainstream media outlets. They are stifled, not free and eventually will die if they don’t become free or squash what is free.
Fuck the MPAA and its chairman, Chris Dodd.

We know why the Koch brothers and other wealthy elite are Libertarian; they like owning a few legislators. But why are so many young people leaning Libertarian? If one is young; teens, twenties and with an extended childhood into their thirties there is this denial that they have inherited this threatened planet and country run amock, and all its seemingly hopeless problems. Young folks are inexperienced in the ways and lies of politicians and the wealthy elite. The younger folks reject spiritually, psychologically and with every fiber in their being that they are shackled by the failures of their elders and incompetent adults of past generations. These failures do not belong to the youth of today, but today’s youth will have to deal with them.
With young Libertarians, there is a lack of understanding, born of false hope that long entrenched problems in the ways of the world, of a nation with millions of people can be immediately swept away by some quasi-magic belief. The young people’s need for things to be righted are urgent and do not respond to the understanding gained with insight into human nature only gained from decades of living.
You young folks that listen to Ron Paul, listen to this: Ron Paul is a racist that would divide people, for that is mostly what racist do and divided, we will fail to get The People involved in their country once again. That one man could stop the military industrial complex and erase the Pentagon and the military theme that has haunted this country for half a century is simply a pleasant fantasy that no one man will never make good on. The military in America is a problem, a long standing problem and a problem that will recede with time and continued pressure from Americans. I’m sorry to say, that the urgent need of the younger folks to have their country righted now will not happen.
Older to younger, I hope with all my heart that you younger folks can can believe that there is hope for your tomorrow. I can say for certain that there are no quick answers, we are in a hole and it has taken us a long time to get ourselves in this fix we are in. Part of the solution is realizing that we are in a dilemma and figuring out how we got our selves here.
One of the greatest reasons our country is in trouble is that not a great number of Americans participate in the issues that affect us all. If one looks at the media of the past and mainstream media now that media has been patently unhelpful in delivering real time factual information. Such a media has crippled the American who would participate in their Democracy. You young folks want some magic, some real magic? Save the Freenet from the Protect IP act and SOPA.
The Freenet brings Americans back into the game, which we have not been for so, so long. The Freenet, if kept free, will bring you the America you want. But now is the time to fight. Right now. Write your legislators, protest and say the Internet belongs to the people and is the greatest catalyst for free speech 200 million people could ask for.

Be a HERO and Help STOP SOPA Now!! I’ll tell you How! This Video that Must Be SHARED!

Did you know? Most of the corporations pushing SOPA, including Disney created the pirating software and offered it for free and provided search bars specifically for searching for MP3 content.

It is a CBS corporate setup, and the people are about to loose their Free Speech to a bunch of thieving bastards and their obedient legislatewhores.

How CNET/CBS Interactive Ignited and Fueled the Phenomenon of “Internet Piracy”

The purpose of Microsoft/CBS/Cnet’s scheme is to distribute this peer to peer
software (Bittorrent, Lime Wire, Azereus, Kazza, FrostWire and many others),
to create an IPTV Network to dominate the Internet as a Video distribution
platform. Note that over several years, this peer to peer Network would save
CBS billions of dollars in bandwidth charges whilst delivering Video across
this Network.

Status Quo of The Lazy Dinosaur Shit

“SOPA” and “Protect IP” act are two efforts to enact laws by United States legislators. These laws if enacted would protect the interests of Hollywood movie makers and the Music industry and some others who wish to profit from their “ideas”. The best idea I know of is the Freenet or Internet, a place where we can get together and talk. Speak our minds take back our country by using the Internet for mass communication rapidly, sharing different ideas allowing more of us to participate and more of the people to participate effectively. I thought that the foundation of a great Democracy was enabling the people to participate, to have influence on policies and direction their country takes. I thought that a legislator’s ultimate duty was to enshrine the participation of the people, of their constituents making their wishes the basis of a legislator’s role while in office: that is a lawmaker serves to serve the people.
I see little effort being made by government officials encouraging and enabling people to do one of the most important tasks people face: being an informed voter. I see certainly no help coming from Hollywood, whose movies are mostly shallow and self-serving or from the music industry whose best effort is usually some untalented individual who couldn’t sing their way out of a paper bag even with a voice synth. If both industries were to fail tomorrow Americans would get over it like withdrawal from a bad drug.
Big Music and Hollywood claim theft and our legislators claim it is a call to arms to make some laws and the lawmakers make those laws like a dog that immediately turns and eats its own shit just to shit and eat again.
How can these useless elected bastards that are supposed to uphold the sanctity of a government for and by the people be such abject failures? How can these legislative dingle berries avoid the precious gift offered by a gigantic hall where we can all meet and collaborate, a window in time and a gift that brings hundreds of millions of people together enabling them to get back in the game and become an informed participant in the greatest Democratic experiment on earth. The US Legislators have failed us. We have been held down for a long time by mainstream pabulum, too little time to educate ourselves with the slow methods available, too little real time info and basically no Government transparency.
Government transparency and conflict of interest: remember Wikileaks…like remember the Alamo. Never forget Wikileaks; again never forget that Wikileaks enraged government officials. “Death to Julian Assange” was called for by some legislators and other government officials claimed people would die due to the release of the cables and diplomacy would be set back, possibly forever. What actually happened? No one died as a result of the leaks and the government was humiliated and exposed as corrupt, dishonest and permanently baptized in mediocrity and entrenched negligent halfassedness. It is called “Status Quo” or permanent drunkenness and incompetence and not wanting certain folks (The People) to notice that government officials suck and not only do they suck but these government officials plan on continuing to suck as, it is their way: Tao of the Peter Principle. A Freenet is a conflict of interest with what your legislator wants. A Freenet will remove the soft lens from a legislator’s idiocies and foibles. Your government “talks” transparency but they never walk it other than to walk away from it.
The Freenet or Internet is actually a room full of folks who are there to share and prosper from each others company. The Freenet is not a financial institution; the Freenet is like family or a group of friends. If one of my friends wishes to borrow a CD of mine and copy it, they can and if someone has a problem with this sharing they, the US Government and anyone and everyone can get fucked. The act is between me and a friend and the Freenet is not to ever fall under the auspices of someone who wishes to make a buck. The Freenet is open source, totally, completely and forever. Things like greed will always be in conflict of interest with the Freenet.
So you see we have two conflicts of interest as concerns the Freenet: one is the Lawmakers who make the laws they wish to extend to the Freenet to destroy the Freenet’s ability to create Government transparency and Two: a silly media which is eroded not by content theft on the Freenet (which really can’t exist, law or no law). The silly medias basic conflict of interest is the same as the useless lawmakers: the honesty, the true friendship, the inspiration of the little guy, the joining of hearts that is offered by the Freenet will erode and eventually destroy shoddy Hollywood media, crummy music and decades of malignantly lazy Federal Legislators.
How can these legislators put the interest of a few above that of bringing people together to participate in their country? I’ll answer that: The legislators prefer no transparency in government. Letting themselves appear as busy little lawmakers stopping content theft from a couple of parasitic corporations is just a means for these permanently useless legislators to halt their nightmare of true government transparency.
To concede the point that content theft on the Internet is wrong and should be stopped raises question of not how to stop the theft but which is more important, Free Speech and The Freenet or shitty movies and shitty music? What is the long term result of an attempt to restrict the Freenet to protect content theft? Likely it would be eventual domination of the Freenet by censorship and greed, two things at which US Legislatwhores excel. To shutdown any and all sites that have a link to a site that panders pirated material is an direct attempt by your lawmakers to enable government secrecy and destroy transparency and as the lawmakers would say, Freedom of Speech and The People were collateral damage.
The Constitution of the United States of America is a Declaration of Independence from any and all oppressive governments and that includes a government that would squash the only reason for which it was created: “The People”.
….. It is just like B. Franklin said when asked, “Do we have a Constitution?” Franklin said “If You Can Keep It.” Keep up with those lawmakers that vote for the “Protect IP Act” and “Stop Online Privacy Act” and vote those bastards out of office. M. H. O’Neal
